You can go to a company and have a contract in hand to make sure your idea is a good one and will not be taken. Remember every idea will be duplicated in someway or another, there's just no getting around it. However patent it or copy right it so it cant be duplicated 100%. Or you can go to a college hire some event planner that just about graduated to help. It would be a great grade for them as well. It's your idea so protect it.
