What or who is a really great contemporary romance book or author?

I’m looking for a new author to read, an author that writes well and can move readers to tears. Books that can make you cry I LOVE. Sweet and touching stories are great, but I also like contemporary romantic suspense so if you know a good book/author please recommend. I’ve already read all contemporary books by Nicholas Sparks, Julie Garwood, Suzanne Brockmann, Robyn Carr, Karen Rose, and Catherine Anderson.
