i dont know and someone at my work wants to know what my new house is going to be like. Classic or Contemporary. I dunno….
Anything labeled as classic to me, always means older,
contemporary is modern, whatever is popular now.

Everyone seems to use these terminologies slightly differently, but contemporary is usually the "modern classics" that never go out of style. Contemporary tends to be a bit sleeker and have less ornamental detailing than classic. To put it simply, contemporary is the style in between classic and modern and it can have certain subtle qualities of either. Hope this helps.
