I think the making …
I think the making and editing of this ‘production’ is art…art all around us, they have a history of why they’re there and what inspired their creation- whether it be a telephone, the train or the tiling on the wall. Yet, sometimes we’re too blind to see the beauty of everyday things around us. Though we all know the ‘gallery opening’ wasn’t the real deal…I would love to attend a night of art at such a location. Kudos for choosing the Subway as the focus, this video was a terrific idea!

While it is true …
While it is true that many people didn’t pick up on the prank because they were busy, dumb, some combination or other reason, it in no way minimizes the value of the art. Interpretation is the right of any witness to art. If I listen to “You’re So Vein” and really think it is about me, it really is. But I don’t think that because that song was recorded before I was born making the notion utterly ridiculous.
