I have to write about the meaning and purpose of the museum of tolerance, but i have never been there, and therefore am clue less on how to even begin. Can some body please help me?
Sounds like the Holocaust Museum; I had to go there years ago when i was doing research for a project and although I knew "all about" the Holocaust, actually going there and seeing the shoes eyeglasses teeth and hair had a huge impact on me and also all the enormous photographs they had lining the walls. To look at their belongings and know their fate was terribly moving and emotional, took me a while just to get my emotions under control.
OTOH< I went to a swap meet inside a mall years ago and one guy had all this Nazi memorabilia and I had never seen any of it in real life so that was a huge shock, the swastikas helmets etc pure evil.
