Which museum in the world contains probably the most valuable paintings?

And what are probably tLouvreiggest ART museums in the world as far as how many valuable and famous paintings they have? Is the Art Institue of Chicago in the top 5 you think? My mom and I argued about this, she says it’s second next to the Louvre but I disagree. I think the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art is next.
