I went on a cruise in october and i went on another cruise in november of 2009, so it has only been about 3 months since ive been in the bahamas. However, i was only their for a day. Will I be allowed to donate blood or not for another year?
I give blood all the time. The nurses usually ask me several questions before I’m allowed to donate, including whether or not I’ve traveled out of the country and when. (I wish.) I’d ask them up front and see. You can call the blood donation center, too, and ask, or look your local blood care center up online and see if it’s in the faq.
