    @bravia15 It’s for the “Big Band” sound. It makes the whole band sound a bit more full and allows for some very interesting rhythmic possibilities. That’s why he has the horns on this one too. He was inspired by the Big Bands of the swing era that often had two drummers. He just took that inspiration and bluesed it up and thusly made it awesome!

    @bluesclaudio056 Oh yeah I totally agree with you. A beginner with a 4000 les paul is gonna sound like no matter how nice of a tone he/she has. And I agree its not worth 4000, although I do love its style with the black and the nickel plating. If your gonna throw down 4000 don’t buy this. Buy something like a PRS, (I’m a gibson player, but those PRS are FANTASTIC guitar.)
