    What does it say …
What does it say about people today that when someone unexpected becomes known and loved, there has to be a few that cannot resist tearing them down?

@otter4771, noone ever claimed she has a perfect voice. What is “perfect” is the story of an obscure Scottish woman coming from nowhere to shake the foundations of the internet world, and to get recognition without being a blond 20 year old. I think her voice is good, and with more studio time, and more public appearances, her voice will settle.

    I like Susan. What …
I like Susan. What a great story. But she does tend to go flat on notes she holds. I noticed it 4 times during this song. I don’t mind, since her voice seems to help people. But it is not perfect like others are saying.
